Tyler Marshall Chapter 2 & 3

I have decided to use the conch shell as a speaking device. No one is aloud to talk during meetings unless you have the shell.

One of the littleuns said he saw some kind of monster. It scares me to hear that but I had to tell him he was having a bad dream. Alittle after hearing that one of the kids were at the fire by himself and he is now gone.

I came to the idea that we should build a fire so the smoke can cause attention if a ship went by. Jack told me that him and his group will maintain the fire and also hunt for meat for us. All everyone is worrying about is meat. We cant only focus on getting meat because there are other things that need to be done. We need to make shelters so everyone stays safe during the night. I am becoming very frustrated with everyone because everyone can's stay focused on the work that they should be doing. It also doesn't help that the huts we build keep falling..
